Every day I see beautiful, hard working women that are frustrated that they can’t live and train the way they want to, because they’re too sore and have lost the flexibility to move just the right way.

People often blame getting older for losing their flexibility. In reality it’s a case of having a desk job, not doing the right stretches after training and not dedicating enough time to stretch.

This is why I created a hands on practical Stretching Workshop.

In the 2 hour workshop you’ll learn step by step how to stretch and how to use foam rollers and spikes balls to loosen up your muscles, recover better from your workouts and improve posture.

You’ll receive a manual to keep so you can refer back to it any time you want.
